It sounds like what they are referring to is making sure suspend is set on exit. Is that what they are referring to? If so that is automatically done unless you are on a really early version of ProForm.

I believe this is caused by a difference in Flash player version. If you are using the player 7 style in ProForm, try using a player 8 style. Or if you can have Camtasia publish to another player version that might be something you want to try…"

Hi, I have a SWF that I recorded in Camtasia Studio which is most of my course. I've had no problem up till now with this process. The SWF looks fine on it's own but once it's played on the screen as a Default SWF in ProForm it shows black lines/edges/artifacts on the screen that don't exist in the SWF that's being used. "Well I published numerous times and it didn't make a difference. Finally I created a new topic with same SWF file and Default template and that worked."

"There must be something different about that SWF. Basically the NaN means it cannot read data from the SWF as it could do a normal SWF. Can you publish it again to see if that corrects the problem?"

Hi, I'm using Camtasia Studio 7 to output to SWF and using as Default template in ProForm.
