"What can happen is if a course only partially loads and full communication doesn't happen to set the status to incomplete, the LMS may set it to complete by default. I think there is a good chance that making this change could correct the issue…"

As I was looking through the legacy forums I came across the following which has been one of our issues:Posted - 01/30/2009: 17:39:33 We have had several users launch the page, the imsmanifest.xml loads, but the SCO does not.
