RapidCam screen recording tool doesn't initiate

I click on the RapidCam Screen Recording Tool in the ProForm launcher and nothing happens. I've tried a number of times and now need suggestions on what might be the reason it wont' launch. I'm using Windows XP Pro. Thanks, Kris

Ok, I didn't realize that I had to initiate an install of this application first and then the launcher would work. I installed and now it's opening.

Kris,

Have you started it from the launcher before or is this a new install? If it is a new install, make sure that RapidCam is installed. In the meantime, you can also start RapidCam from the normal start menu in windows.
