Regrettably, the institution/division that I work for will not approve the purchase of cloud based development services and/or subscription-based service such as Rapid Intake eLearning Studio. This noted, I hoping that those familiar with ProForm Pro Premium will be able to recommend standalone and single user replacement options for a non-technical user/professor.

I am looking for features comparable with ProForm Pro Premium with support for HTML5, Flash, and mobile deployment at a cost under $6,000; less is better. A strong history of product support and anticipated longevity would be ideal. Some ProForm users at my institution are moving to Lectora Publisher and another colleague mentioned Articulate Studio; I plan to research both.

Any recommendations would be greatly appreciated.
