We are a multimedia company in Buffalo, NY using a Click Course LMS. We're looking for a programmer to help us with some inconsistent tracking issues we are experiencing. When a user completes a course in our LMS and receives their certificate, sometimes the LMS shows them as having completed the course with their grade, other times the same course shows the user as In Progress even though the person has completed the course and received their certificate. Not sure if this will help, but is it possible the user has closed the LMS window before completing the course and that causes the data not to be sent?
Hi Steven. Thank you for responding. Yes, we didn't realize that closing the LMS window stops the tracking of data. We're asking the users whose data was not tracked if they recall closing it. We have changed our onboarding instructions to inform users not to close the window and hopefully that has been the issue. - Dave
