Error in Uploading swfs

I have received an error several times while loading a swf file to Unison. The message is 'Error #2038'. Can someone tell me what this is and how to fix it?

We received your file in your trouble ticket and are reviewing it now. Because this is an error when uploading the file, we first need to ensure the file is not corrupt, then we will test the output and see what we can find.

Since sending the email to support, I have encountered this error message on several other files including PowerPoint files.

I just looked at your ticket. It looks as though the files are uploading fine on our end, so this points to an issue with the network you're on. Your support rep will contact you soon to help trouble shoot.
